Website information
Privacy & your information.
Understand what these public tools do before sharing personal information.
Reviewed October 17, 2026 · Serving veterans nationwide
What this public website does
You can read guides, search the library, use the calculator or resource finder, and download blank worksheets without an account. This website has no client login, document-upload feature, payment form, or medical-record intake form.
The calculator, resource finder, and library search run in your browser. The tools do not transmit your entries to Patriot Summit, write them to browser storage, or save an answer, search, rating, or checklist history. The finder’s print button opens your browser’s print menu; you choose a printer or save destination.
Website requests and outside services
Your browser requests pages and assets from the website’s hosting service. Hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect a site, such as IP addresses and request logs. This notice does not promise a particular hosting-log retention period.
We have not added analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or embedded social-media widgets to these pages. Following a link to VA, a social platform, or another service takes you to that service’s own privacy practices. Calling uses your telephone service.
Keep personal information private
A short description of your question is enough for an initial inquiry. Do not post Social Security numbers, account credentials, or medical records in public comments or Facebook Messenger. Discuss an appropriate sharing method before sending sensitive information.
Downloaded worksheets are blank files. The site does not receive what you later write on them. Protect completed copies on your own device or in your own records.
This is an educational website, not an encrypted client portal. Do not use it to store or exchange private records.
Consultation requests
The consultation form asks for your name, preferred contact method, email address or phone number, an optional preferred time, an optional general question, and an optional answer to how you heard about us. We use your contact and inquiry details to respond and discuss a free consultation. If you share a referral source, we use it to understand how veterans find us. A request is not an appointment or a purchase.
Submitting sends the form to FormSubmit.co, which processes it and forwards it to info@patriotsummitveterans.com. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained for 30 days. Its spam protection may use a Google reCAPTCHA check and related technical information. Review FormSubmit’s privacy information (PDF) and submission documentation. The request also becomes business email correspondence handled through IONOS. This website does not keep a separate submission database or save form entries in browser storage.
The form is for general contact only. Do not submit medical information, Social Security numbers, passwords, documents, or payment information. There is no file-upload field. Email forwarding is not an encrypted client portal or end-to-end encrypted messaging. Contact the business to ask about the handling or deletion of information you have shared.
